Interior Designer / Architect
Should be English speaking with experience in Building and Civil engineering
works and have a good communication skill.
Minimum qualification should be Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
preferably in Interior designing with a minimum of 3 years experience,
ability to use CAD architectural designing in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Interior
design software, 3 Dimension animation and Video Clip presentation.
Primary targets as follows: -
- Oversee the overall operations of the design office
- Make site survey and take measurements
- Preparation of Architectural and interior design drawings and
details
- Prepare Schedules, working drawings, detailed production drawings
for windows, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, reception desks, ceiling and
tiling layout drawings etc.
- Suggest and design alternative details that are cost effective
and more presentable for discussion with project engineers and Consultants.
- Procure various finishing design materials for sites / sections
or Clients / customers
Drafting revisions on drawings for on-going projects
- Production of “AS BUILT DRAWINGS” for completed projects.

Carpentry Workshop supervisor
Should be able to speak in English and experienced in general building
and carpentry workshop or factory with good communication skills.
Minimum professional qualification should be Higher Diploma in wood processing
with a 3-year experience as supervisor in Carpentry workshop or factory
(70 -100 employees).
Primary targets as follows: -
- Supervise work in carpentry workshop
- Optimise staffing to volume of work at hand.
- Ensure quality of products constitutes the highest standard possible.
- Check workers’ performance and report to the Workshop manager
- Make required samples and deliver to project in charge / client
for approval
- Monitor and check stock levels regularly and liase with workshop
manager on requirements
- Ensure regular maintenance of tools and equipment at the workshop.

Civil Engineer
Should be able to speak in English with experience in general building
and civil engineering works and good communication skills
Minimum professional qualification should be Bachelor’s degree in
Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in
project management.
Primary targets as follows: -
- Make physical preliminary inspections of the site and make it
ready for commencement of the works.
- Liase with Consultants and keep them updated on commencement
date.
- Liase with the relevant officials / sections and recruit site
manpower and acquire the necessary plant and equipment.
- Make requisition for construction material and schedules for
delivery of the same with the relevant sections / officials.
- Prepare bi-weekly work progress report.
- Setting the project procedure and recruiting staff.
- Check work progress as per contract specifications and drawings
- Inform the Chief Quantity Surveyor / Consultants of any variations
prior to executing the work.
- Check workers’ performance through respective foremen.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality of work constitutes the highest standard.
- Monitor and take responsibility for profit and/or loss on projects
handled
- Link the workers and Management in case of any grievances.

Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer
Should be able to speak in English with experience in general building

sewerage) installations.
Primary targets as follows: -
- Oversee overall operations in plumbing section.
- Procure materials and equipment required for plumbing on various
project sites
- Liase with Quantity Surveying section for pricing of various
mechanical / plumbing (water and sewerage) tenders
- Setting the plumbing procedure and recruiting staff.
- Monitor work progress of the plumbing section on various project
sites
- Check work progress as per contract specifications and drawings
- Inform the Chief Quantity Surveyor / Consultants of any variations
prior to executing the work.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality of work constitutes the highest standard.
- Prepare “AS BUILT DRAWINGS” for Mechanical / Plumbing
(water and sewerage) installations
- Monitor and take responsibility for profit and/or loss on projects
handled
- Link the workers and Management in case of any grievances.

/ Plumbing Engineer on requirements

plumbing section

Senior Planner / Programmer
English speaking experienced in general building and civil engineering
works with particular emphasis on Buildings, Roads, Water and Sewerage
projects.
Professional qualification in project management is desirable, whilst
experience with resourced scheduling software such as Primavera and Ms
Project is essential.
Primary targets as follows: -
- Prepare pre-tender and Contract programmes including resource
allocation (manpower & equipment) to the various tasks.
- Programme updates and issue necessary reports for various on-going
projects in regard to progress and necessary interventions to keep on
schedule
- Monitoring material submittals, approvals, procurement of materials,
drawing submittal and approvals related to the work programme.

Senior Estimator
Should be English speaking experienced in general building and civil
engineering with particular emphasis on roads, water and sewerage projects.
The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate commitment
and success in tendering with previous employers.
Computer literacy and experience in computer estimating software is essential.
Knowledge of French language would be an added advantage.
Primary targets are as follows: -
- Prepare pre-tender data on tenders, including detailed tender
check lists, tender data and conditions, analyse tenders and prepare
post tender reports.
- Undertake pre-tender site visits to establish possible source
of materials, proximity to services e.g. Electricity, water telephone,
roads and any handicaps likely to be encountered with a view of establishing
cost for tender price build up.
- Develop and establish unit rates for various items of tender
and ongoing projects based on a resourced database.
- Sourcing of materials, equipment, sub-contractors, vendors and
required services as demanded by the tender or project.
- Budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value engineering and costing
of projects.
- Responsible for quoting on tenders and estimation.
- Maintenance of tender records and price build or estimates with
related documents.
- Liase with Chief Quantity Surveyor and advise on alternative
materials and methods of construction.
