ROKO Technical Services possesses a highly experienced sales staff with vast experience in the market. The sales staff are responsible for maintaining high level of rapport with clients, sales and provide system analysis for hardware and software procurement in the communication and computer divisions, as well as the office equipment division. They also keep a close focus on our client database by maintaining dedicated corporate customer groups and customer feed back channels.

SECURITY SYSTEMS DIVISION PROFILE
RTS security systems Division offers world class and high end Integrated security systems as well medium sized systems. The services we offer in this division include CCTV, Access control, fire fighting and fire alarm and related services. We offer design, supply, installation and commissioning services as well as provide after sales support and maintenance contracts. We work exclusively with Cerberus/Siemens for offering high-end security systems as well as with other manufacturers like Vista and Baxall. We also represent Promedia Systems, Dubai who are a reputed integrator in the Middle East region who help us design the medium sized projects as well as act as integrators for Vista and Baxall products.

EQUIPMENT DIVISION PROFILE
RTS Office Equipment and Furniture Division offers furniture manufactured in Uganda in our Carpentry workshop located at ROKO Construction Limited offices in Kawempe. This furniture is manufactured according to the client's specifications. The carpentry workshop has been in existence since 1969 and ROKO's furniture is known for its beauty, good quality and affordability. We also work with international suppliers of office furniture from South Africa and Malaysia.

ROKO procures and supplies high-end office equipment including overhead and multimedia projectors, heavy and light duty office shredders, duplicators, and more. Our products are competitively priced with excellent quality, reliability and warranty. We also provide and service all the equipment we supply. We work with recognized companies such as Geha of Germany, GBC of Italy and Gestetner in the United Kingdom.
