Maintenance and repair As part of preventive maintenance, we carry out periodic servicing of Air conditioning Units, of which, spacing is dependent on workload and location. During warranty period, we provide maintenance service free of charge for the first six months and our Turn around Time does not exceed two hours after call time within the city limits. MOBILE WORKSHOP For the purpose of rapid response to our clients, especially those in remote areas and for critical applications like server rooms, data centres, switch rooms etc., we have a well-equipped mobile workshop van on standby to render our services and maintenance support to our clients. AFTER SALES SERVICES We encourage clients to enter maintenance Contracts. This can take form for Annual General service of the Air conditioning systems for better performance and longer life. For the purpose of disaster preparedness, we stock common spares for the Air conditioning Units in order to tackle any reported failure within 48 hours. Our well-equipped workshop located on Nasser Lane (ROKO Town Centre) not only houses the Services Centre but also a Show Room and a fully equipped standby mobile Van workshop to solve on site routine checkups. CUSTOMER SERVICES CARE On line call-ups handles problems as they come directly from clients otherwise called HOTLINES call-ups. Some staff is assigned to give technical information in case of any failure of the Unit. This facility offers clients a customer call up/back 24 hours /7days a week.
